Move an event

Press and drag an event block in the week grid to a new time or day, then let go. The event keeps its length; only its start and end shift. Where you drop an event changes what it becomes:
  • Grid → all-day strip turns a timed event into an all-day event.
  • All-day strip → grid turns an all-day event into a timed event at the drop time.
  • Grid or strip → agenda unschedules the event (see below).

Resize a timed event

Drag the bottom edge to change the end time, or the top edge to change the start time. The grid previews the new length as you drag. Let go to keep it.

Right-click for quick actions

Right-click any event (in the grid, the all-day strip, or the agenda) for a quick menu without opening it:
  • Unschedule: park the event in the agenda.
  • Reschedule: send a single-use link so a student can pick a new time. See Reschedule links.
  • Delete: remove the event.
  • A color submenu to recolor the event.
  • For a lesson with students, Mark all present / Mark all absent to set attendance for everyone at once.

Unschedule an event

Unscheduling takes the date and time off an event without deleting it. There are three ways to unschedule:
  • Drag the event from the grid or all-day strip onto the agenda.
  • Right-click the event → Unschedule.
  • Open the event and use the Unschedule button (the calendar-off icon).
To put it back later, drag it out of the agenda’s unscheduled section onto the grid (it becomes timed) or onto the all-day strip (it becomes all-day).

Delete an event

Open the event and click the Delete button (the trash icon), or right-click it and choose Delete.
Deleting is permanent. There’s no undo. To take an event off your week but keep its details, unschedule it instead.

Edit or delete a repeating event

When an event repeats, every change asks which events to change so one edit doesn’t rewrite the whole series. This applies whether you’re editing a field, moving, resizing, unscheduling, or deleting. You’ll see up to three choices:
ChoiceWhat it changes
This event onlyJust the one occurrence you’re working on. The rest of the series stays as it was.
This and following eventsThis occurrence and every one after it. Earlier occurrences are untouched.
All eventsEvery occurrence in the series, past and future.

FAQ

You picked All events on the which-events prompt. Choose This event only to change a single occurrence, or This and following events to change it from that point forward.
Dragging an event onto the agenda unschedules it. Find it in the unscheduled section at the bottom of the agenda, with all its details but no date. Drag it back onto the week to reschedule it.
No. Deleting is permanent. To take an event off your week for now, unschedule it instead: it keeps everything and parks in the agenda.
Reschedule sends a link for a student to pick a new time, and it’s on the Professional plan. Free studios won’t see it. See Reschedule links.
