If you charge the same few rates over and over (“30-min lesson 35","60−minlesson35", "60-min lesson 60”), save each one as a preset instead of retyping it. Presets show up wherever you set a student’s rate.

Create a preset

Open Rate presets

Go to Settings → Rate presets.

Add the rate

Give it a name and a dollar amount per lesson, then save. Edit or delete a preset from the same list any time.

Where presets appear

  • Adding or editing a student: pick a preset as the student’s default rate (see Add a student).
  • Turning a booking into a student: assign a rate as part of the conversion.
The student’s rate is what attendance-driven billing charges, so a preset is the fastest way to keep pricing consistent across your roster.
